Terms of Service

What we provide

OMS Pro is software for running an online selling business: orders, stock, listings, warehouse work, couriers, returns and the money behind them. You reach it over the internet; there is nothing to install.

We work to keep it available and correct, and we fix what breaks. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we do not promise it will make your business profitable.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do with the logins you give them.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
• One business per account. You may connect as many marketplace accounts as your plan allows.

Paying for it

• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to begin.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is added where it applies.
• Shipping charges are taken from your prepaid wallet as parcels are booked. Wallet balance is not a deposit and is not refundable as cash, but it does not expire.
• If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. If it stays unpaid, the account is suspended— you keep full access to read and export everything, and cannot make changes until it is settled. We do not delete a suspended account’s data.

Your data is yours

Everything you put in — products, orders, customers, costs — remains yours. We hold it to run the service for you and for no other reason. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any model.

You can export it at any time, while you are a customer and while you are suspended. Every list and report in the product downloads as a spreadsheet.

How we handle it, and how long, is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

What you may not do

• Break the law with it, or help someone else to.
• Break a marketplace’s or courier’s own rules through it. Your account with them is yours to keep in good standing.
• Try to reach another customer’s data, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first. Ask, and we will usually say yes.
• Resell the service as your own without a written agreement.

Things outside our control

OMS Pro talks to marketplaces, couriers and payment providers that we do not run. They change their systems, refuse requests, go down, and set their own charges. We build against what they publish and fix what breaks, but we are not responsible for their decisions or their outages.

Figures the software shows are drawn from what it has been given. Where a cost is missing it says so rather than guessing — but the numbers are yours to check, and you remain responsible for your own tax filings.

Ending it

• You may stop at any time, from Billing, with no exit fee.
• We may end an account for non-payment, or for something in “What you may not do” — with notice and a chance to put it right, unless the law or the safety of others prevents that.
• After an account closes we keep the data for 30 days so you can change your mind or export it, then delete it, except records we are legally required to keep.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this agreement is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. If you do not accept, you may cancel.

This agreement is governed by the law of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
